EPCs can only be produced by accredited individuals. All our inspectors are licensed Domestic Energy Assessors that have the nationally recognised qualification and are members of an accreditation scheme.
Our professional and courteous Assessor will make an appointment to visit the property at the client's convenience and make a thorough and detailed assessment of the property. This should only take between 45 minutes to an hour.
